"My wife and I have been on State Farm auto insurance for more than 25 years. Our home policy has been with State Farm for almost 25 years as well. Unfortunately, our agent retired and we were transferred to Danny Barnhart. Mr. Barnhart and his assistant Daphne Walker have not been helpful. If you are looking for an advocate to help you when you need it with your insurance, this is not a good agency. If you want to feel like you can trust your agent, keep looking. Without sending any notice, they cancelled my car insurance for 2 months. I found out when I couldn't register my car on-line. I called in to Daphne and she explained that I needed to sign a form. I signed the form and my insurance was re-instated. Then, they back-charged me for the two months that I didn't have insurance. I realize that this is State Farm but this would not have happened with our old agent or another competent State Farm agent."
